Firehouse 51

Blackbird RAUM plays at the Firehouse.

Firehouse 51 is a social center that hosts meetings, films, group presentations, and presents speakers. All events are free. We do not host musical or amplified events, due to wanting to keep noise levels to a very minimum, (however if you want to play an Anarchist Cafe, email us here.) Firehouse 51 has free wi-fi, a large library of magazines, books, and pamphlets, and a large selection of free literature. We have free-walls and places to paint. We have a couch area for anyone that wants to take a load off and hang out. We have a work-space area if you need to work on a car, bike, or something else. We have art supplies, a TV with a wide selection of radical films, a silkscreen machine and paint, and much more!

The Firehouse has hosted various speakers, benefits for political prisoners and arrested graffiti artists, been the spot for various film screenings, and has been used as the location for many groups to meet and discuss organizing efforts.
